There has been lots of debate on this subject. In parties, get togethers, on the roadside and the tea shop etc., Media too has not left it. There is a series of debates on a TV channel. And the participants, the common man and the VIPs expressing their views in multicolor, multiemotional dimension. I just could not understand, what all these debates are about? Are they really necessary? It is the constitutional right of every Indian to live anywhere in India. Do work and earn. Entering into debates is acknowledging the right to prevent the common man's rights. Let us not get into any debates. Let us hold the state and central government responsible for the welfare of each Indian. May be there can be a debate on who is more responsible, the state or the center? Whoever is responsible, the guilty must be punished.
