Recently, the court ordered the jail authorities to provide Ramalingam Raju and his brother, 'A' Class accommodation in the prison. We all know well, how an ordinary 'pick pocket' or a 'petty thief' is caught in the act. We all know well that when these people are caught, how they are treated by the public and the police. Even before he is taken to the court or punished by the court of law, he is punished severely, right on the roads, or at the police station.
Though as on date, they are only the accused, do they deserve a special treatment?
